Got a cheque in the post today from My Weekly. I hadn't expected it because some of the letters had £25 on them, and others - including the Toffee pic - hadn't.
So thanks, Toffee!!
£25 plus a contributor copy for a readers letter and photo - not bad! Who needs to write fiction?? (Only joking)

Who needs to write fiction - I was wondering that myself! I may not have £25, but my necrotic tissue t-shirt arrived in the post this morning. It is really cool and has 'published' on the sleeve. I want to frame it and admire it. Soon you too will know what it is like to have the t-shirt of the published author
Wow! Express post from America - who said it was slow? I got books last week that at most seemed to take 5 days, and I didn't pay for express delivery (at least I don't think I did).

Post from america can sometimes arrive quicker than from Ireland! Weird. I was talking to a woman today who was on holiday in Florida once and when she got home to Dublin airport she was missing a bag, only to discover it had mistakingly been routed to New York and arrived in Dublin before her! Magic. I don't think I'll ever wear by t-shirt
I'm looking forweard to getting mine. We must get both of them framed! :0 it will look good in the new study!
